Tigh A Chidhe

Tigh A Chidhe is an attractive newly renovated and modernised Semi Detached holiday House situated in a peaceful setting in the village of Lochmaddy with a beautiful outlook of the Minch and the hills of Harris, convenient for excellent sandy beaches and recreational pursuits.

ACCOMMODATION
The house itself sleeps Six in three bedrooms.  Bedroom 1 has one double bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.  Bed linen and towels are available on request, at no extra charge, but must be booked in advance.
                                     
BATHROOM
There is one bathroom with a shower unit over the bath.
There is also a cloakroom toilet located downstairs.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is large and modern with an electric cooker, Oven and microwave oven.  There is a wide range of electrical equipment in the kitchen including a Fridge, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.

LOUNGE / DINER
The lounge is separate from the Kitchen and has an electric fire, storage heater, Television, Video, DVD Player and Radio.  In the cupboards you will find books, maps, games and local information. Off the Lounge there is a large dining table that seats six.

HEATING
The heating throughout the cottage is controlled by electricity.  Water heating is also by electricity.  A card meter will be read on arrival and again on departure.

DOGS
Dogs are only permitted if well behaved and on a lead when near livestock.  Any damage made to the properties by a dog will be charged for.

SMOKING
There is a no smoking policy within both properties and anyone wishing to smoke can do so outwith the houses.
