ACCOMMODATION
The house itself sleeps four in two bedrooms, one double and one twin room.  Bed linen and towels are provided.

All guests are provided with fresh milk and locally sourced eggs.

 

BATHROOM
There is one bathroom with a separate shower unit and bath.

 

KITCHEN / DINER
The kitchen is large and modern with an electric cooker and microwave oven.  There is a wide range of electrical equipment in the kitchen including a Fridge, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.

 

LOUNGE
The lounge is separate from the kitchen and has an electric fire, storage heater, Television, Video, DVD Player and Radio.  In the cupboards you will find books, maps, games and local information.

 

DOGS
The cottage is situated on a working croft and livestock will be within the surrounding area. Dogs are only permitted if well behaved and on a lead when near livestock.  Any damage made to the property by a dog will be charged for. 2 dogs max.

 

SMOKING
There is a no smoking policy within the property and anyone wishing to smoke can do so outside of the house.

FREE Wi-Fi is available in the cottage
